Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or special exhibit launches, processing may take up to 5 business days before your items ship.
Do you offer international shipping for apparel?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach more science enthusiasts globally in the future.
What is your return policy on clothing and accessories?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain clearance items and personalized products are final sale.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Since we carry a variety of brands and styles, we recommend measuring a favorite garment at home and comparing it to our listed dimensions for the best fit.
